Council meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise posted) beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town Office. All regular meetings are open to the public. We welcome all to attend.
Every Council meeting follows a predetermined agenda. This agenda is confirmed by noon on the Thursday prior to the meeting date.
It is posted on the website the day before the meeting.
If you would like to be bring a topic in front of Council it must be added to the Agenda. You must submit your request in writing the Monday of the week before the meeting. The request must include the submitting persons name, the request and the topic they would like added to the Agenda. The request must also provide any, and all, supporting documents for Council to be able to make an informed decision.
Minutes are drafted and placed on the agenda of the next regularly scheduled Council Meeting for approval by Council. Once approved, the minutes are posted on the website and available at the Town Office.
